To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Quentrixa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any damages shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Quentrixa for the specific services giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the claim.

Our liability for professional services is limited to the terms specified in individual service agreements and applicable professional standards.
Payment terms for our services are specified in individual engagement letters or service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due within 30 days of the invoice date. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts and to charge interest on late payments at the rate permitted by applicable law.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Slovenia. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Slovenia. For clients located in other EU member states, applicable EU regulations and directives shall also apply where relevant.
We encourage the amicable resolution of any disputes through direct communication. If a dispute cannot be resolved through discussion, we may agree to mediation or arbitration as an alternative to litigation. Any formal disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Slovenia, subject to applicable EU regulations for cross-border disputes.
Either party may terminate our professional relationship in accordance with the terms specified in individual service agreements. Termination does not affect obligations that have already been incurred or the confidentiality obligations that survive termination. Upon termination, you must cease using our services and return any proprietary materials in your possession.
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labour disputes, government actions, or technical failures. We will make reasonable efforts to minimise any impact and resume normal service as soon as practicable.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on our website with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining terms will remain in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision will be deemed modified to the extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its intent.
